Pay Your Way

Paying your loan is easy with CCCU. Make a payment with your debit card, CCCU Checking or Savings account, or using an account from another financial institution.

Make a One-Time Loan Payment

Pay your CCCU loan using a debit card from another financial institution. If you are not already enrolled in our online loan payment platform, please have your social security number and debit card information readily available to complete the request. Your SSN will be used to locate your account.

Enrolled Payment

When you enroll in our Online Loan Payment Portal, you will have the ability to schedule one-time payments, manage payment methods, set up Pay By Text and more!

Guest Payment

When you pay your CCCU loan with our guest payment option, you can make a simple, one-time payment using your debit card from another financial institution, no enrollment required!

Pay Through Online or Mobile Banking

Current CCCU Members may pay their loan by signing in to Online or Mobile Banking. 
Pay using your CCCU Savings or Checking Account
  1. Log into Online Banking or your Mobile Banking App.
  2. Select “Transfers and Pay” in the main menu.
  3. Select “Transfers”.
  4. Follow the prompts to set up the payment transfer.
Pay using an external savings or checking account
  1. First, you’ll need to link your external account by following these steps:
    1. Log into Online Banking.
    2. Navigate to the Accounts tab, select Accounts, and then under your accounts select the gray button Link an External Account.
    3. When the “Add Account” pop-up window appears:
      • Choose your Account Type
      • Enter the other account's routing number and account number.
      • Add an optional nickname for the account
      • Press "Save" and a confirmation image will appear. The confirmation image will state that you need to confirm two trial deposits into the newly linked account. These trial deposits may take up to three business days to appear in the transaction history.
      • Once you receive the two deposits, go once more to Accounts and locate the new external account name.
      • Click "Confirm" to confirm the amount of the first deposit and the amount of the second deposit.
  2. Once your external account is connected, while you're logged into Online Banking, select “Transfers and Pay” in the main menu.
  3. Then select “Transfers”.
  4. Follow the prompts to set up the payment transfer.
Pay using another financial institutions debit card
  1. Log into Online Banking.
  2. Select “Transfers and Pay” in the main menu.
  3. Select “Pay with a Card”.
  4. Follow the prompts to set up the payment.

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of cards are accepted for payments?

We accept Visa, Discover, and Mastercard Debit cards for online loan payments.

What is the maximum payment amount?

The maximum payment amount is $2500.00 + a $10.00 fee.

Is there a minimum payment amount?

The minimum payment is $1.00.

Can I set up automatic loan payments?

No, we do not support recurring payments from a debit card.

Can a loan payment be future dated?

Future dated payments are only allowed with Pay by Card within Online Banking or by using enrolled web access.

What is "Pay by Text"?

When you enroll in Pay by Text, you're able to receive text reminders about your loan payments, as well as authorize payments from within the text message. Authorized payments can only be made from a saved card within your profile.

What are the payment types available?
  • Regular payments
  • Past due amounts
    (If less than 30 days past due)
  • Other amount
    (If you're looking to make more than the minimum payment)
Can I make a principal only payment?

No, principal only payments are not accepted.

Can I make escrow payments?

No, escrow payments are not accepted.

How many payments can be made per day?

Per loan, there is one payment allowed every seven days with a maximum of five payments in 30 days. 

Do payments post in real time?

Yes, loan payments post in real time.

Can I unenroll or cancel my enrollment in online loan payments?

Yes. To unenroll, log in to the online loan payment platform, select "my profile" and click "cancel enrollment" at the bottom in red.

What if I don't remember my username and/or password?

No problem! If you have forgotten your username or password, simply select "Forgot Login" to see your username or "Forgot Password" to reset your password from the login screen.

Can I use a pre-paid gift card to make a loan payment?

Yes, you may use a pre-paid Visa or Mastercard gift card to make a loan payment.
