      How can I report a lost or stolen card?

      Please note we have two different phone #'s to call for Debit/ATM and Credit Cards.

      DEBIT CARDS

      1. Call us immediately at 800.444.8115 (Option 2). If you know your card number, please have it ready when you call. Otherwise, we can verify your identity.
      2. Use CCCU's Debit Card App to lock your card.
      3. You can also use Online or Mobile Banking to send us a secure message. 

      CREDIT CARDS

      1. Call us immediately at 855.584.2957.
      2. Use CCCU's Credit Cards App to lock your card.
      3. You can also use Online or Mobile Banking to send us a secure message.
